Licensed Insurance Call Center Supervisor
A company is looking for an Insurance Call Center Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the sales center and ensure high levels of member satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage sales associates while fostering a positive team environment Provide technical advice and coaching to sales associates on products and processes Prepare monthly reports on department activity and manage staffing needs Required Qualifications Associate's degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in insurance sales, including 1 year in a supervisory role Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License Ability to work Tuesday to Saturday from 9:30am to 5:30pm ET
