Key Responsibilities Provide virtual counseling and therapeutic sessions to staff and volunteers Support staff and volunteers in managing stress and trauma Identify individuals at risk for self-harm and make referrals for additional care Required Qualifications Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field Minimum 2-3 years of experience in counseling or therapeutic practice Current license to practice as a mental health therapist (e.g., PhD, PsyD, LPC, LCSW, LMFT) Willingness to obtain licensing in multiple states as needed Extensive knowledge of mental health conditions and treatment best practices
