A company is looking for a Virtual Primary Care Physician - Clinical & Program Leadership. Key Responsibilities Deliver primary care to patients and supervise Nurse Practitioners, ensuring a collaborative clinical environment Oversee and develop the primary care program, identifying trends to improve patient experiences and clinical outcomes Drive innovation and change management within the primary care services, advocating for equity and accessibility Required Qualifications Board-certified Primary Care Physician with at least three years of clinical experience Active medical license in at least one U.S. state, with support for additional states as needed Experience supervising Nurse Practitioners or other healthcare professionals Prior experience in running a clinic or clinical program is highly desired Proven ability to manage change and drive innovation in a dynamic healthcare environment
