Key Responsibilities Provide individual therapy through synchronous video sessions to adults with various mental health conditions Collaborate with fellow therapists and clinicians to support comprehensive treatment Perform assessments and develop therapeutic interventions while maintaining clinical documentation Required Qualifications Master's degree or higher in psychology, counseling, or social work from an accredited program Active state license(s) (LCSW, LMHC, or LPC) upon hire 2+ years of clinical experience serving the trans and queer community Previous telehealth experience Dedication to the mission and Informed Consent Model of Care
