A company is looking for a Manager of Training Development.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and facilitate professional development training for Employee Assistance Program Onsite Clinicians
Maintain and utilize the Electronic Health Records (EHR) Platform for clinicians
Orient new Onsite Clinicians and provide ongoing growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
Masters' degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
Licensed to practice social work or counseling (LPC, LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.)
Ability to develop, facilitate, and coordinate trainings
High level of competence with technology and ability to learn new software systems quickly
Ability to function independently and collaborate with diverse teams
