Local Customer Success Manager
A company is looking for a Local Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Guide new customers through the onboarding process and ensure a strong initial experience
Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with customers by understanding their needs and goals
Monitor customer usage metrics, proactively address areas for improvement, and assist in refining customer success strategies
Required Qualifications
3+ years in customer success, account management, or a related field, preferably in SaaS or public safety
Proven track record of fostering relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
Ability to quickly learn and become proficient in new technologies and systems
Experience in a fast-paced startup environment with adaptability to change
Direct experience in the 911 space or related public safety communications systems is a plus
