Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a strategic vision for the loyalty program to enhance customer experience Create and maintain a multi-faceted loyalty program to drive customer retention and brand loyalty Manage budgets and collaborate with various teams to evolve the loyalty program based on data insights Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred 10+ years of experience in loyalty programs 5+ years of experience in partnership management 5+ years of experience managing a significant team size (~30+) Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
