Key Responsibilities Lead Kyndryl and drive them to achieve engineering excellence Create and implement project plans & various POCs where Kyndryl staff are required Oversee Kyndryl's daily BAU work and ensure they meet their KPIs Required Qualifications 6+ years of experience working with/on mainframe related technologies Experience using ServiceNow, SailPoint, and/or Archer Experience with RACF and/or SAF with a security-first mindset Experience with project management and/or people management Familiarity with change management processes & change management lifecycles
