A company is looking for a Property Management Maintenance Coordinator. Key Responsibilities Arrange repairs and maintenance across rental units by contacting vendors and scheduling work Develop and implement maintenance plans while ensuring quality control standards are met Purchase necessary equipment and materials, and troubleshoot maintenance tickets Required Qualifications College degree preferred Minimum of 1 year of maintenance coordination experience Basic knowledge of G-Suite applications Experience in Appfolio and Property Meld preferred Must be able to work 8-5 PST hours remotely
