Key Responsibilities Facilitate entry processing and resolve exceptions with Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and Partner Government Agencies (PGAs) Prepare and submit documentation to CBP and PGAs while managing customer relationships Support account management activities and coordinate post-entry activities on behalf of customers Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required 12 months of brokerage, transportation, or customer service experience required Proficiency in MS Office and other office equipment Ability to interact with customers and internal staff at all levels Paid training provided
