Key Responsibilities Manage and deliver phase I-IV clinical trials, including budget oversight and project tracking Collaborate with stakeholders to develop rater training curriculums and materials for clinical trials Lead and mentor a team of Rater Training Associates and Coordinators, ensuring quality control and performance management Required Qualifications BS/BA degree in psychology or a related scientific field, or relevant professional experience 4+ years of clinical trial management experience with a BS/BA, or 2+ years with a graduate degree 2+ years of direct supervisory experience Understanding of neuropsychological tests and patient-reported outcomes Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general awareness of information technology concepts
