A company is looking for a Manager of Desktop Services to oversee its IT team and desktop infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the desktop infrastructure, including devices across 600 branches and remote employees Develop and implement long-term strategies for desktop management, including inventory and disaster recovery plans Lead a team of IT Technicians, setting performance goals, providing mentorship, and managing department initiatives Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in desktop management or a similar role, with previous people management preferred Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems, Intune, Group Policy, SCCM, and Azure AD Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate are preferred General knowledge of desktop, printer, and configuration management best practices
