Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of instructional designers and a multimedia producer
Design and oversee scalable, high-impact learning programs for onboarding and continuous education
Collaborate cross-functionally to identify learning needs and co-create training aligned with business objectives
Required Qualifications
5+ years of leadership experience in instructional design, L&D, or enablement teams
Proven expertise in creating engaging learning solutions based on adult learning theory
Hands-on experience with learning technology and content authoring tools
Strategic mindset with the ability to manage complex projects and define KPIs
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and aligning stakeholders on enablement solutions
