Manager of Title Management

A company is looking for an Associate Manager/Manager, Title Management. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the estimate process for a designated group of titles, ensuring accuracy and managing estimates through on-sale Manage the initial print process for sales, confirming quantities with account managers and communicating changes with Inventory Monitor and manage hot titles, ensuring sales forecasts are updated and collaborating with Inventory and Production teams on stock issues Required Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in publishing, with hands-on experience in sales, inventory, operations, or production Exposure to a variety of account bases; experience in Children's or Client Sales is preferred Understanding of the entire publishing industry and its processes Adaptable and agile, with the ability to pivot quickly as needs evolve Solutions-focused, with a constructive approach to addressing challenges
