Key Responsibilities Co-lead CARE REIT and develop strategic roadmaps for growth and acquisition Source partnerships for child care properties and oversee financial performance of the REIT Drive capitalization efforts and manage liquidity for fund vehicles Required Qualifications Proven track record managing $100M+ real estate portfolios across multiple asset types At least 10 years of experience in financial management of real estate investment vehicles Experience in guiding strategic acquisitions and capital raising with institutional investors Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams Preference for candidates with senior level experience in a REIT or impact investing
