Key Responsibilities Implement and solution a range of projects in the Automotive & Aerospace industry, including MES/MOM and Digital Manufacturing Drive thought leadership to address customer business challenges and collaborate with presales and delivery teams Manage complex digital transformation programs and ensure alignment with customer needs Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering; MBA preferred 15-20 years of experience in leading complex transformation programs Strong understanding of Automotive OEMs, Tier 1 Suppliers, and Aerospace manufacturers Hands-on experience with MES/MOM systems and familiarity with IOT, Cloud, PLM, and ERP Proven ability to build and manage a team-oriented environment and interact with C-level clients
