Massachusetts Licensed Actuarial Director
A company is looking for an Actuarial Director to manage a team of pricing actuaries within their Personal Lines actuarial team. Key Responsibilities Manage and lead a team of actuarial analysts, ensuring execution of deliverables Oversee analysis in support of personal lines pricing strategy and provide rate recommendations Drive innovation and enhance performance tracking within the Personal Lines state pricing team Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant technical field Seven+ years of technical experience in multiple LOB and/or actuarial disciplines Minimum of 2 years in a management capacity ACAS required, FCAS preferred Intermediate programming skills and advanced skills using Microsoft Office, including Excel
