Key Responsibilities: Exceed new business production, direct written premium, and loss ratio goals by managing agents in the assigned market Promote a full suite of insurance products to Independent Agency Partners and integrate with industry technology Develop and maintain a new agency appointment pipeline and collaborate with various stakeholders on market-related issues Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience 5 or more years of sales management/leadership experience in Personal Lines or Financial Services Proven ability to achieve business results through effective internal relationships Industry certifications preferred Property and Casualty Licenses preferred
