A company is looking for a Medicaid Services Advocate.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to and resolve customer service inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and claims
Guide customers on consumer-driven health care topics and assist with appointment scheduling
Research complex issues and provide education on pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Preferred 1-year experience in an office or call center setting
Ability to build rapport and respond compassionately to customer needs
Proficient in navigating healthcare-related processes and conflict management
Flexibility to work scheduled shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed
