Strategic Experience Leader
A company is looking for a Strategic Experience Leader.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic advisor and thought partner to Experience leadership, shaping and driving key priorities
Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives from idea to execution readiness, bringing clarity and urgency to complex challenges
Craft executive-level presentations and strategic storytelling that align teams and influence decisions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred; HS Diploma/GED required
At least 7 years' experience in experience-related strategic roles
User-centric mindset with proven experience in Experience Design disciplines
Proven experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or a similar high-impact role
Strong sense of ownership and ability to work under tight deadlines
