A company is looking for a Member Engagement Specialist to provide outreach and support to members regarding their healthcare journey.
Key Responsibilities
Initiates outreach to members for Care Management Programs and encourages engagement in health-related activities
Educates members on benefits, resources, and preventive care guidelines
Collaborates with Care Managers to identify member needs and ensure comprehensive care coordination
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
1 year of customer service experience in a relevant field (e.g., call center, insurance, medical office)
Preferred CNA or CMA certification
Basic knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with health-related topics
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
