A company is looking for an Energy Justice Director to oversee the development and operation of its Energy Justice Program. Key Responsibilities Lead the Energy Justice Program team, providing mentorship and strategic guidance Develop and implement campaigns and programs focused on energy equity and justice Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, representing the organization in advocacy efforts Required Qualifications Deep commitment to environmental, racial, social, and economic justice principles 5 to 7 years of supervisory experience, preferably in the environmental justice community Significant expertise in environmental justice issues and California's energy policy landscape Strong strategic planning, program evaluation, and project management skills Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred but not required
