Mental Health Customer Service Representative
A company is looking for a Mental Health Customer Service Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate testing services for patients by reviewing documentation and ensuring accurate testing
Communicate with patients and healthcare providers regarding insurance coverage and testing processes
Manage assigned work independently while collaborating with various departments to enhance service quality
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required; at least 1 year of relevant experience, or associate/bachelor's degree
Fluency in Spanish is preferred
PC experience, including familiarity with Excel, Word, Internet, and email
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure
Strong organizational and task management skills
