MEP BIM Modeler

A company is looking for a MEP BIM Modeler to support the design and coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for building projects. Key Responsibilities Develop and modify 3D MEP models (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection) using Revit MEP Coordinate MEP systems with architectural and structural models to resolve clashes Produce shop drawings, installation drawings, and as-built documentation Required Qualifications Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or relevant technical field 2+ years of experience in MEP BIM modeling, preferably in Revit MEP Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks Understanding of MEP systems design and construction processes Familiarity with BIM execution plans (BEP), LOD (Level of Development), and clash detection workflows
