Merchant Onboarding Specialist
A company is looking for a Merchant Support Specialist responsible for managing the merchant onboarding process. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new credit card applications from dentists Communicate with the sales team and answer support calls and emails from clients Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve onboarding systems and processes Required Qualifications GED or High School Diploma; College Degree preferred Ability to apply broad product knowledge and sales skills Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs Capable of maintaining multiple projects simultaneously
