A company is looking for a Services Program Manager 14 - Limited Term. Key Responsibilities Manage professional staff investigating child abuse and neglect allegations and supervise foster care placements Assign and review CPS and Foster Care cases for compliance with policies and laws Provide training to staff and implement new CPS and Foster Care programs and policies Required Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in a human services area or a bachelor's degree with at least 30 semester credits in relevant fields Three years of professional experience equivalent to a Services Specialist or Family Independence Specialist, including one year at a higher level At least three years of child welfare experience equivalent to a Services Specialist Experience in training services staff or as a program analyst in child welfare Completion of a supervisory training program and passing a competency-based evaluation within three months of assuming the position
