Microsoft Dynamics Support Manager
A company is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics Support Manager to lead and optimize a support team for exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop a team of support members, both in-person and virtual
Track trends and implement changes to consistently meet SLAs and KPIs
Serve as a point of escalation and maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a Microsoft Dynamics Professional Services team
Expertise in MS Business Central, MS Power Platform, MS Azure, MS Dynamics 365, and MS Office 365
Experience with Power BI, Connectwise, and Brightgauge is a plus
Microsoft Business Applications certifications preferred
