Key Responsibilities Process military education benefits and ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional policies Review course information and validate enrollment and billing for the Department of Veterans Affairs Maintain accurate records and collaborate with various departments to resolve military account balances Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED with 3+ years of experience in military benefit certifications or related fields 1+ years of experience with Banner software Knowledge of VA Education Benefits and Federal Military Tuition Assistance Employment contingent upon successful access to the National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS)
