Missouri Licensed Account Resolution Representative
A company is looking for an Account Resolution Representative to manage collections through inbound and outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls to perform collections activity
Utilize negotiating and customer service skills to achieve positive results
Adhere to all applicable laws including FDCPA, FCRA, and HIPAA
Required Qualifications
1+ years' experience in Collections, Call Center, or Customer Service roles
Ability to enter and update data accurately and timely
Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Flexibility in scheduling, including evening and Saturday work
