Key Responsibilities
Lead a team to deliver impactful projects on time and measure their impact on critical business metrics
Collaborate with key partners to identify new opportunities for mobile business growth
Inspire and develop team members while ensuring software quality and alignment with business goals
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of people management experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a software engineer or mobile developer
Experience managing mobile teams and understanding the mobile app development cycle
Experience managing engineers across different experience levels and time zones
BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field
