Network Operations Technician II
A company is looking for a Network Operations Tech II. Key Responsibilities Maintain response time to alarms and customer calls while providing quality documentation of network issues Analyze and resolve trouble situations, managing multiple trouble reports and providing Tier I support Communicate with internal customers and escalate issues as necessary, ensuring follow-up and closure of trouble tickets Required Qualifications Knowledge of network architecture for Broadband/DLSAM network systems Basic understanding of Ethernet routers/switches and ATM network equipment Experience with Element Management Systems (EMS) and Operational Support Systems (OSS) Ability to work in a 24x7 environment, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays Industry certifications in Business Management or Technical fields are a plus
