Network Success Coordinator
A company is looking for a Network Success Coordinator, LTCI.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize technology platform for scheduling, documenting, and monitoring benefit eligibility assessments
Manage high volume inbound and outbound telephonic scheduling
Collaborate with management to analyze performance and ensure alignment with goals through KPIs
Required Qualifications
2+ years of customer service or related experience
Outbound/Inbound calling experience highly preferred
Proficiency in Office Suite and Google Suite preferred
Ability to self-manage and work autonomously in a remote environment
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is beneficial
