A company is looking for a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CDAC or LCADC) for a part-time remote position. Key Responsibilities Provide weekly counseling to members via text, video calls, and phone calls to monitor recovery progress Onboard users with an initial phone call and conduct a multidimensional assessment of their behavioral health history Collaborate with other departments to enhance member experience and provide feedback for product development Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in delivering CBT and behavioral support for substance use disorders MS/MA or BS/BA in a related field Active state credential (license/certification) from a state credentialing board Proficiency in evidence-based practices such as Motivational Interviewing and Relapse Prevention Preference for unrestricted credentials allowing independent work without supervision
