Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for members regarding benefits, eligibility, referrals, and claims
Provide quality customer service by educating members and resolving their issues efficiently
Document transactions and follow departmental policies to ensure compliance and operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of call center or related customer service experience
1-2 years of experience with Medicare benefits preferred
Experience in the healthcare, insurance, or pharmacy industry is desirable
Data entry and general computer skills are required
Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in high-pressure situations
