A company is looking for a Supervisor, Auditing. Key Responsibilities Oversee a team of clinical auditors performing reviews and audits of medical documentation for risk adjustment payments Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and provide mentorship to the audit team Compile audit findings and prepare client reports as needed Required Qualifications Associate degree or equivalent from an accredited practical nursing program Valid RN license required Certification as a Registered Nurse Coder (CRN-C), Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), or equivalent Six months of experience coding ICD-10 CM Experience in documentation improvement and knowledge of Medicare Advantage plans preferred
