Key Responsibilities Participate in handling telephone calls and service requests effectively and courteously Accept and respond to Cop2Cop telephone service requests promptly Assess service requests and referrals according to prescribed procedures Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree plus one year of experience in the human services field Equivalent education, experience, or training may substitute for the degree requirement Active New Jersey certification/licensure in Social Work if applicable Valid driver's license or alternate means of transportation Preferred experience related to police work
