Key Responsibilities Provides support for defining business requirements and quality assurance testing Designs, develops, tests, and debugs software components of moderate complexity Acts as a liaison between the application team and user community, facilitating communication and support Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related technical/business area plus 2 years of IT or business experience, or 6 years of additional experience in lieu of a degree Experience working with the Press Ganey application is preferred
