A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel to lead the legal function at a high-growth, global SaaS company. Key Responsibilities Provide expert counsel on commercial transactions, corporate governance, compliance, and risk management Manage the full lifecycle of customer-facing SaaS contracts and develop scalable contracting frameworks Support M&A activities and collaborate with revenue leaders to negotiate strategic deals efficiently Required Qualifications 7-10+ years of legal experience, particularly in B2B SaaS commercial contracting and corporate transactions Deep knowledge of SaaS contracting, data privacy, intellectual property, and deal structuring Experience working in-house at a scaling tech company, ideally venture-backed Ability to create legal infrastructure and processes from the ground up Licensed to practice law in the U.S., preferably in NY or CA (or equivalent common law jurisdiction)
