A company is looking for a Nights & Weekends Customer Service Representative (CSR) for part-time remote work. Key Responsibilities Engage callers and accurately collect and input lead information into the client's CRM Follow account-specific instructions for appointment scheduling and call dispatch procedures Manage call outcomes and escalate issues as necessary while maintaining exceptional customer service Required Qualifications Experience with ServiceTitan is required 2+ years in a high-volume virtual call center 1+ years in a customer-facing role for HVAC/Plumbing or Electrical contractors Ability to type 30 wpm with 94% accuracy High school diploma or equivalent education required
