North Carolina Accreditation Manager
A company is looking for an Accreditation Project Manager to develop performance improvement projects aimed at enhancing clinical quality and performance measure outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and coordinate delegation oversight mechanisms and act as a liaison for the Plan with Corporate Delegation Oversight
Create and maintain an accreditation readiness schedule and policies to support accreditation activities
Conduct training and education programs for the Plan, provider network, and delegated vendors to support NCQA and HEDIS activities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience
3+ years of related experience in quality improvement, HEDIS, and/or NCQA
Must reside in North Carolina
Experience in developing QI, NCQA, and HEDIS projects with delegated vendors
Knowledge of state, federal, contract, and accreditation compliance requirements
