A company is looking for a Project Accounting Biller to support billing and accounts receivable activities in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Add/update projects in Deltek Vision using project setup/modification forms Prepare invoice packages for Project Managers' approval, ensuring compliance with contract terms Review sub-consultant invoices for accuracy and maintain project invoice/billing files Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance preferred or a minimum of 3 years of related professional experience in project cost accounting Experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry is highly desired Advanced Excel skills are required Knowledge of Deltek Vision software is a plus Client-focused with a strong commitment to ethical practices and collaboration
