A company is looking for a Mental Health Therapist (Licensed in North Carolina or New Jersey). Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop targeted treatment plans for clients Deliver brief, solution-focused interventions and activate referrals for long-term care as needed Maintain accurate clinical documentation and stay updated on industry trends in telehealth counseling Required Qualifications A Master's Degree in an area of Mental Health (psychology, social work, counseling, etc.) Clinical confidence in the Brief Solution-Focused model of treatment Preference for experience in an EAP or other brief counseling model of care Must have high-speed internet and a private, confidential workspace Self-starter with a collaborative spirit and strong interpersonal skills
