A company is looking for a Service Delivery Consultant to provide exceptional customer service in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to Member Services, Medicare, and Billing Uphold quality service by engaging with relevant personnel to resolve member inquiries Document member interactions and monitor performance metrics to achieve Contact Center KPIs Required Qualifications Minimum of two (2) years of customer service or healthcare member-interaction experience High School Diploma or GED required Previous call center experience and/or experience in the health insurance industry preferred Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with a 5% or lower error rate
