North Dakota State Meat Inspector
A company is looking for a State Meat Inspector to oversee meat processing activities and ensure compliance with health standards. Key Responsibilities Conduct inspections at slaughter establishments and processing facilities to ensure compliance with health regulations Assist in developing and implementing HACCP plans and SSOP for meat processing plants Provide consultation and educational support to the meat inspection industry and establishment personnel Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in relevant scientific fields or an Associate's degree with one year of experience in food inspection, or a high school diploma with two years of experience Ability to perform essential tasks independently with minimal supervision Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications A valid Class D driver's license for in-state travel
