A company is looking for a Student Loan Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for student loan customers, providing guidance on loan origination, delinquency avoidance, refinancing, and repayment
Handle inbound phone calls and support walk-in customers while assisting with special projects related to the Education Market
Collaborate with the Customer Service Team to ensure effective service delivery and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Four years of related customer service experience
College or vocational education in accounting, business administration, banking, economics, or finance may substitute for work experience on a year-for-year basis
Experience in servicing a variety of products or services and addressing customer concerns
Ability to receive and analyze information to find solutions
