A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Reviewer. Key Responsibilities Review and analyze child welfare services to identify strengths and areas for improvement Conduct interviews with families and service agencies to gather data for assessments Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) efforts within the Child and Family Services section Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, sociology, counseling, human development, education, human services, child development and family science, or criminal justice Three years of professional work experience in social work or child welfare Child Welfare certification is preferred A master's degree may substitute for one year of work experience
