Ohio Benefit Specialist
A company is looking for a Benefit Specialist to manage health and welfare benefits and provide HR support.
Key Responsibilities
Administer benefit offerings and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Manage leave of absence policies and facilitate communication regarding workers' compensation claims
Provide HR support by evaluating requests, performing audits, and assisting with process improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in Human Resources
Knowledge of ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and FMLA regulations is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity in handling sensitive information
