Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact in a high-volume inbound sales and service call center, addressing customer inquiries and needs Process benefit changes, cancellations, and provide accurate product information while supporting the sales team with lead pre-qualification and appointment setting Conduct outbound calls for quality assurance and prospecting, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards Required Qualifications, Training, and Education High School diploma or equivalent is required Two years of customer service experience, preferably in a sales environment Data entry experience is necessary Ability to obtain a Kansas Insurance Department License for Life, Accident and Health within 90 days of hire AHIP certification and FFM certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire
