Key Responsibilities Supervises daily operations and supports staff in client services Ensures clinical determinations align with company policies and member interests Monitors policy effectiveness and recommends changes as needed Required Qualifications Master's degree in a behavioral health field (social work, psychology, counseling, etc.) 7 years of progressive experience as an EAP Counselor or equivalent Relevant supervisory or management experience preferred Licensed Mental Health Clinician or other recognized licenses Intermediate proficiency in Windows-based programs, including Microsoft Office
