Customer Support Network Operations
A company is looking for a Customer Support-Network Operations Center.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead high severity incidents, providing timely updates and communication
Perform initial triage on networking devices and manage break fix activities during incidents
Create Root Cause Analysis reports for severe outages and propose permanent fixes to eliminate recurring issues
Required Qualifications
CCNA certification or equivalent networking knowledge
Experience with incident and service management
Familiarity with networking technologies such as routers, switches, and SD WAN
Ability to work occasional out of hours for critical outages
Previous experience in a client-facing role
